Climate Products definition

Climate Products means the following items provided by us to you, regardless of naming or branding, either alone or in combination with each other or with hardware: (i) farm management, agriculture decision support and precision agriculture software, in any form, or software as a service and similar products, including, for example, those products which are described at xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxxx-xxxxxx/xxxxxxxx/; (ii) farm management, agriculture decision support and precision agriculture services, including, for example, soil testing and field imaging; (iii) the websites, applications and technology platforms that deliver, or allow you to access, these software or software as a service products or services, including our website located at xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx; or (iv) all related documentation, updates, upgrades, releases and fixes.

Examples of Climate Products in a sentence

  • The Climate Products provide information, estimates, prescriptions or other recommendations based on models and third party sources, as well as Data provided by you or your equipment.

  • Scope of this Agreement This Agreement sets out how you can and cannot use the Climate Products provided or licensed to you by us, and what we will and will not do in connection with your use, as well as other important legal restrictions and obligations.

  • Third party services: ● You are solely responsible for all requirements for access to or use of the Climate Products through your mobile device, internet or telecommunications provider, or the terms related to the use of any required additional software.

  • Any changes to this Agreement will become effective upon the earlier of: (a) your first use of the Climate Products with actual notice of such changes, or (b) 30 days after we post or distribute the revised Agreement, and such changes will apply to your use of the Climate Products after the effective date of the revised Agreement.

Related to Climate Products

  • Existing Products Tangible Products and intangible licensed Products which exist prior to the commencement of work under the Contract. Contractor retains the burden of proving that a particular product was existing before commencement of the Project. .

  • Marijuana products means concentrated marijuana products and marijuana products that are comprised of marijuana and other ingredients and are intended for use or consumption, such as, but not limited to, edible products, ointments, and tinctures.

  • Intermediate product means marijuana flower lots or other material lots that have been converted by a marijuana pro­ cessor to a marijuana concentrate or marijuana-infused product that must be further processed prior to retail sale.

  • SAP Products means Software, Documentation, SAP Materials, Services, Subscription Services, Cloud Services and Maintenance Services. “SAP SDK” means SAP software development kit that includes tools such as APIs, source code, redistributable files and instructions. “Services” means SAP’s then-current services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Tobacco products means cigars, cigarettes, cheroots, stogies, periques, granulated, plug cut, crimp cut, ready rubbed, and other smoking tobacco, snuff, snuff flour, moist snuff, cavendish, ping and twist tobacco, fine-cut and other chewing tobaccos, shorts, refuse scraps, clippings, cuttings and sweepings of tobacco, and other kinds and forms of tobacco, prepared in such manner as to be suitable for chewing or smoking in a pipe or otherwise, or both for chewing and smoking.

  • Nicotine product means a product that contains nicotine and is not any of the following:

  • New Products means any product which is not an Enhanced Product or 2 Existing Product but which is substantially similar to an Existing Product with respect to design and function and possesses reasonable performance improvements. If Company desires to purchase an Enhanced or New Product(s) from Supplier, Company shall so notify Supplier and provide Supplier the opportunity to manufacture such Enhanced or New Product(s), subject to the following conditions and procedures.

  • Hemp products means all products made from industrial hemp,

  • Products means information resources technologies that are, or are related to, EIR.

  • Steel Products means products rolled, formed, shaped, drawn, extruded, forged, cast, fabricated or otherwise similarly processed, or processed by a combination of two or more or such operations, from steel made by the open heath, basic oxygen, electric furnace, Bessemer or other steel making process.

  • Marijuana-infused products means products that contain marijuana or marijuana extracts and are intended for human use. The term "marijuana-infused products" does not include useable marijuana.

  • Aerosol product means a pressurized spray system that dispenses product ingredients by means of a propellant contained in a product or a product's container, or by means of a mechanically induced force. “Aerosol Product” does not include “Pump Spray.”

  • the Products means all products and associated documentation to be supplied under this Contract;

  • End Products as used in this clause, means those articles, materials, and supplies to be acquired for public use under this contract.

  • Marijuana producer means a person who produces marijuana in this state.

  • Refined Products means gasoline, diesel fuel, jet fuel, asphalt and asphalt products, and other refined products of crude oil.

  • Mineral Products means the commercial end products derived from operating the Property as a mine:

  • Software Products and “Software” are interchangeable and mean software, computer source codes and other computer programs.

  • Marijuana product means marijuana as defined in 50-32-101 and marijuana-infused products

  • Finished Products means any one or more of the following petroleum oils, or a mixture or combination of these oils, to be used without further processing except blending by mechanical means:

  • Tobacco product manufacturer means an entity that after the date of enactment of this Act directly (and not exclusively through any affiliate):

  • licensed water supplier means a company which is the holder for the time being of a water supply licence under Section 17A(1) of the 1991 Act(f);

  • Product means any deliverable under the Contract, which may include commodities, services, technology or software.
