Closed Meeting definition

Closed Meeting means a meeting from which the public is excluded.
Closed Meeting means a meeting or part of a meeting of Council not open to the public in accordance with the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001, Chapter 25, as amended.
Closed Meeting means a meeting to which the public does not have access.

More Definitions of Closed Meeting

Closed Meeting means a meeting, or part of a meeting, which is closed to the public as permitted by the Act, also referred to as an “in-camera meeting”.
