Closing Cash Balance definition

Closing Cash Balance means the Cash of the Company as of the Closing Date.
Closing Cash Balance means the positive or negative value equal to total cash and cash equivalents less the Closing Cash Target.
Closing Cash Balance means the sum of the amount of all Cash that is held by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries as of 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time on the Closing Date.

More Definitions of Closing Cash Balance

Closing Cash Balance means $40,000,000 plus the cumulative Operational Cash Flow Adjustment for the period from January 3, 2004 through the Closing Date.
