Closing Date and Time definition

Closing Date and Time means the deadline for the submission of Proposals as set out herein.
Closing Date and Time means the date and time nominated in the Reference Schedule by which Offers are required to be lodged
Closing Date and Time means the closing date and time as set out on the cover page of the RFP.

Examples of Closing Date and Time in a sentence

  • Offeror shall ensure its Proposal is time stamped by the Issuing Office no later than the Closing Date and Time shown on the cover page of this Information for Proposal.

  • The City or Purchasing Manager will only respond to those written queries received at least ninety-six (96) hours prior to the Closing Date and Time.

  • All Proposals submitted, other than any Proposal withdrawn prior to the Established Closing Date and Time of Proposals or any late Proposals, become the property of the City and will not be returned to Proponents.

  • Proponents are required to check the City’s website for all information up to the Established Closing Date and Time at the following website; https://www.nanaimo.ca/bid-opportunities/.

More Definitions of Closing Date and Time

Closing Date and Time means the date and time that Proposals to this RFP must be received.
Closing Date and Time means the Date and time, specified as such under the Clause 4 (Tender Timetable) in this document, by which Tenders must be received;
