Cover Page definition
Cover Page means the top page of the original solicitation on which the solicitation is identified by number. Offerors are cautioned that Amendments may modify information provided on the Cover Page.
Cover Page means the front page of this Agreement.
Cover Page means a document that is signed or electronically accepted by the parties that incorporates these Standard Terms, identifies Provider and Customer, and may include an Order Form, Key Terms, or both.
