Closing Date Loan Assets definition

Closing Date Loan Assets means the Loan Assets owned by the Borrower on the Closing Date and identified on Schedule VI attached hereto. “Code” means the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended.
Closing Date Loan Assets means the Loan Assets owned by the Borrower on the Closing Date and identified on Schedule VI attached hereto.

  • Funding Date is any date on which a Credit Extension is made to or for the account of Borrower which shall be a Business Day.

  • Funding Loan Documents means (i) this Funding Loan Agreement, (ii) the Borrower Loan Agreement, (iii) the Regulatory Agreement, (iv) the Tax Certificate, (v) the Borrower Loan Documents, (vi) all other documents evidencing, securing, governing or otherwise pertaining to the Funding Loan, and (vii) all amendments, modifications, renewals and substitutions of any of the foregoing.

  • Initial Loan is defined in Section 2.1.

  • Loan Asset means each commercial loan identified on Schedule A hereto, and each commercial loan identified on any Purchase Notice.

  • Wholesale acquisition cost means the same as that term is defined in 42 U.S.C. Sec. 1395w-3a.
