Closing Shift(s) definition

Closing Shift(s) means a shift worked at Best Buy by a Class Member where the Class Member’s timecard punch-in or punch-out occurs after the last customer transaction of that calendar day. For purposes of this Settlement, the last customer transaction time was truncated to the nearest hour and the most frequent hour occurrence for all retail stores in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania was used to determine Closing Shift.

Examples of Closing Shift(s) in a sentence

  • If a Former Employee Participating Claimant has worked fewer than five (5) Closing Shifts, he/she shall be treated as if he/she worked five (5) Closing Shifts for purposes of this Stipulation.

  • If a Current Employee Participating Claimant has worked fewer than five (5) Closing Shifts, he/she shall be treated as if he/she worked five (5) Closing Shifts for purposes of this Stipulation.

  • In the event that this process would result in a cumulative total amount greater than $274,280, each Current Employee Participating Claimant shall then share in the fund’s monies on a pro rata basis accounting for the number of Closing Shifts each Current Employee Participating Claimant worked during the Class Period.

  • Each Settlement Class 2 Member’s share of the Net Settlement Amount will reflect the number of Closing Shifts credited to the 3 Settlement Class Member, in relation to the total number of Closing Shifts worked by all Settlement 4 Class Members during the Settlement Period.

  • Since volunteers will be able to download from each other, they will have better performance than regular clients, giving users an incentive to in- stall the software.

  • Defendant will provide to the Settlement 22 Administrator the total number of Closing Shifts that each Settlement Class Member worked during the 23 Settlement Period and the total number of Closing Shifts that all Settlement Class Members worked 24 during that period (“Total Settlement Closing Shifts”).

  • With respect to calculating Settlement Class Payments, each Former Employee will be 27 credited with 25 additional Closing Shifts, to account for the additional Section 203 claim available to 28 Former Employees.

  • In the event that this process would result in a cumulative total amount greater than $473,130.50, each Former Employee Participating Claimant shall then share in the fund’s monies on a pro rata basis accounting for the number of Closing Shifts each Former Employee Participating Claimant worked during the Class Period.

  • Generally speaking, X is a Settlement Class 19 Member entitlement calculated in accordance with Section 7.6.3 above and Y is an Aggrieved Closing Shifts Worked Settlement Award Estimated Employees In Group Avg.

  • In the event that this process would result in a cumulative total amount greater than $241,757, each Current Employee Participating Claimant shall then share in the fund’s monies on a pro rata basis accounting for the number of Closing Shifts each Current Employee Participating Claimant worked during the Class Period.

Related to Closing Shift(s)

  • Closing Stock Price means the average closing price of one share of Common Stock for the twenty consecutive trading days that include and immediately precede the last day of the Performance Period.

  • Closing Shares shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2.1(a)(i).

  • Closing Cash Amount shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.8(b).

  • Closing Cash means the aggregate amount of all Cash of the Company as of the close of business on the day immediately preceding the Closing Date.

  • Estimated Closing Working Capital has the meaning set forth in Section 2.04(a)(ii).

  • Final Closing Cash shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.11(g).

  • Final Closing Working Capital has the meaning set forth in Section 2.5(d).

  • Pre-Closing Straddle Period means the portion of the Straddle Period ending on the Closing Date.

  • Target Closing Date means three (3) Business Days following receipt of the Approval and Vesting Order, or such other date as the Parties may agree.

  • Second Closing Date means the date of the Second Closing.

  • Estimated Closing Cash has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(a).

  • Closing Location means the location that all Proposals for this RFP will be accepted at.

  • Second Closing has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.

  • Closing Day means (a) the Restatement Date and (b) with respect to any Accepted Note, the Business Day specified for the closing of the purchase and sale of such Accepted Note in the Confirmation of Acceptance for such Accepted Note, provided that (i) if the Company and the Purchaser which is obligated to purchase such Accepted Note agree on an earlier Business Day for such closing, the “Closing Day” for such Accepted Note shall be such earlier Business Day, and (ii) if the closing of the purchase and sale of such Accepted Note is rescheduled pursuant to Section 3.2, the Closing Day for such Accepted Note, for all purposes of this Agreement except references to “original Closing Day” in Section 2.7(b), shall mean the Rescheduled Closing Day with respect to such Accepted Note.

  • Closing Working Capital means: (a) the Current Assets of the Company, less (b) the Current Liabilities of the Company, determined as of the open of business on the Closing Date.

  • Closing Stock Consideration means a number of shares of Parent Common Stock equal to (a) the Stock Consideration, minus (b) any shares of Parent Common Stock used to fund the SC Escrow Amount.

  • Closing Notice Has the meaning specified in the NPA. Company: Has the meaning specified in the first paragraph of this Trust Supplement.

  • Estimated Closing Net Working Capital has the meaning set forth in Section 2.6(a).

  • Closing Date Working Capital has the meaning specified in Section 2.3(b).

  • Put Closing Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.3.8.

  • First Closing Date shall refer to the time and date of delivery of certificates for the Firm Shares and such Optional Shares). Any such time and date of delivery, if subsequent to the First Closing Date, is called an “Option Closing Date,” shall be determined by the Representatives and shall not be earlier than three or later than five full business days after delivery of such notice of exercise. If any Optional Shares are to be purchased, each Underwriter agrees, severally and not jointly, to purchase the number of Optional Shares (subject to such adjustments to eliminate fractional shares as the Representatives may determine) that bears the same proportion to the total number of Optional Shares to be purchased as the number of Firm Shares set forth on Schedule A opposite the name of such Underwriter bears to the total number of Firm Shares. The Representatives may cancel the option at any time prior to its expiration by giving written notice of such cancellation to the Company.

  • Closing Conditions shall include, but are not limited to, SI Securities determining in its sole discretion that at the time of a closing, the Minimum Offering has been met, the investment remains suitable for investors, investors have successfully passed ID, KYC, AML, OFAC, and suitability screening, and that Issuer has completed all actions required by it as communicated by SI Securities at the time of a closing.

  • Final Closing Net Working Capital has the meaning set forth in Section 2.6(c).

  • Estimated Closing Date Net Working Capital has the meaning set forth in Section 2.3(a)(i).

  • First Closing has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a).

  • Closing Consideration shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(b).
