Closing Tangible Equity Balance definition

Closing Tangible Equity Balance means the positive or negative value equal to the Closing Tangible Equity less the Closing Tangible Equity Target.

For the calculation of Original M&O Revenue, the Taxable Value for Applicant’s Qualified Property for maintenance and operations ad valorem tax purposes will not be used during the Tax Limitation Period.

  • Closing Cash Amount shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.8(b).
