Cloud Hosting means the procurement of computing resources from a cloud computing provider or facility to host data, services and/or solutions.

Cloud Hosting means running your software solutions on a platform of servers and operating systems located in a secured, environmentally controlled data center. Commercial cloud hosting offerings, such as Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services, are still in early-adopter stages and are not yet price competitive for the majority of higher ed institutions. The industry will mature and stabilize at more affordable prices eventually.

Examples of Cloud Hosting in a sentence

• This data will be processed by Odoo SA when the Customer instructs so, by using any of the Services that require a database (e.g. the Cloud Hosting Services or the Database Upgrade Service), or if the Customer transfers their database or a part of their database to Odoo SA for any reason pertaining to this Agreement.

• However, to the maximum extent permitted under the Australian Consumer Law, the Supplier makes no warranties that the Cloud Hosting Services will be error or interruption free, or that the Supplier will correct all errors, or that the Cloud Hosting Services will meet Client requirements or expectations.

• The following terms, as used in the Data Processing Agreement or Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies, and whether or not capitalized, shall have the same meaning as the applicable defined term under the Agreement: “You”, “Customer” “Company” and “Client”; “Service Specifications” and “Product Terms”; “Cloud Services” and “Services”; “Cloud Services Agreement” and “Product Specific Terms and Conditions”; “Services Period” and “Term”; and “Your Content” and “Client Content”.

• The Supplier will during the term of the Subscription issue an invoice for access to the Cloud Hosting Services and Licensed Products for the following month.

• AuditBoard and its Cloud Hosting Providers may record and collect information related to account activity (e.g. standard web analytics, which includes but is not limited to latency, packet size, hops, and source destination) in the course of providing the Services, but may only use such information for internal business purposes (including, but not limited to, improving the services and/or fulfilling its rights and obligations under this Agreement).

• Customer consents to AuditBoard’s use of the Cloud Hosting Providers in performing its obligations hereunder.

• If an audit reveals that the Client has used the Essatto Cloud otherwise than in accordance with this Agreement and this Cloud Hosting Module, the Supplier may take action to suspend or terminate this Agreement in accordance with clause 10 in this SECTION G – CLOUD HOSTING MODULE.

• The Licensee Content shall also include any registered domain names provided by Licensee or registered on behalf of Licensee in connection with the Cloud Hosting Services.

• The Client hereby confirm that Rocktime can rely on the name and address the Client provides to us when one agrees to the Cloud Hosting Service or in connection with the Client's payment method, as being the place of supply for sales tax and income tax purposes or as being the place of supply for VAT purposes where the client has established the business.
