Club Management Agreement definition

Club Management Agreement means that certain Amended and Restated Management Agreement between the Club Managing Entity and the Club Trustee, dated as of May 18, 1994, as amended from time to time.
Club Management Agreement means the agreement entered into by ClubCo, on behalf of the Club, with the Developer to manage the Club Apartments and Resorts.
