Management Agreement definition

Management Agreement means the agreement of the Directors in the form attached hereto as Schedule C. The Management Agreement shall be deemed incorporated into, and a part of, this Agreement.
Management Agreement means, with respect to the Property, the management agreement entered into by and between Borrower and the Manager, pursuant to which the Manager is to provide management and other services with respect to the Property.
Management Agreement means the Management Agreement between the Borrower and the Manager, pursuant to which the Manager is to manage the Project, as same may be amended, restated, replaced, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
