CMRS provider definition

CMRS provider means an entity authorized by the Federal Communications Commission to provide CMRS within the Commonwealth of Virginia.
CMRS provider means a provider of commercial radio service, as defined in United States Code, title 47, section 332, and includes its authorized dealers.
