Communications Provider definition

Communications Provider means a person who provides an Electronic Communications Network or an Electronic Communications Service;
Communications Provider means a provider of communications services that assigns a working telephone number to a final consumer for intrastate wireline or wireless communications services or interconnected voice over internet protocol service, and includes local exchange carriers.
Communications Provider or “CP” means the person who signs this Contract with BT and is a person who provides a Public Electronic Communications Network;
