Communications Provider definition

Communications Provider means a person who provides an Electronic Communications Network or an Electronic Communications Service;
Communications Provider means a provider of communications services that assigns a working telephone number to a final consumer for intrastate wireline or wireless communications services or interconnected voice over internet protocol service, and includes local exchange carriers.
Communications Provider means a person who (within the meaning of section 32(4) of the Act) provides an Electronic Communications Network or an Electronic Communications Service;

Examples of Communications Provider in a sentence

  • If BT fails to do this, the Communications Provider shall be entitled to the compensation set out in paragraph 4.1 of this Schedule.
