Eligible Users definition

Eligible Users means those authorized to use State Cooperative Contracts and includes the State of Utah’s government departments, institutions, agencies, political subdivisions (e.g., colleges, school districts, counties, cities, etc.), and, as applicable, nonprofit organizations, agencies of the federal government, or any other entity authorized by the laws of the State of Utah to participate in State Cooperative Contracts.
Eligible Users means the Commission’s employees and/or direct contractors.
Eligible Users means the Purchaser’s employees and/or direct contractors.

Examples of Eligible Users in a sentence

  • All payments issued by Agencies to registered vendors for purchases of Commodities or Contractual Services under Chapter 287, F.S., shall be assessed the Transaction Fee of one percent (1.0%) of the total amount of the payments received from the State or Eligible Users, as prescribed by Rule 60A-1.031, Florida Administrative Code (F.A.C.), or as may otherwise be established by law.

  • In no event shall the Division’s exercise of its right to terminate this Contract for convenience relieve the Contractor of any liability to the Division or the Eligible Users for any damages or claims arising under this Contract.

  • Any provision attempting to limit the liability of Contractor or limit the rights of the Division, Eligible Users, or the State of Utah must be in writing and attached to this Contract or it is rendered null and void.

  • Eligible Users may seek to obtain additional volume discount pricing for large orders provided Contractor is willing to offer additional discounts for large volume orders.

  • Remedies available to Eligible Users under this section include, but are not limited to, the following: Contractor will repair or replace Goods (at no charge to the Eligible User) within ten (10) days of any written notification informing Contractor of the Goods not performing as required under this Contract.


More Definitions of Eligible Users

Eligible Users means the State of Utah’s government departments, institutions, agencies, political subdivisions (i.e., colleges, school districts, counties, cities, etc.), and, as applicable, nonprofit organizations, agencies of the federal government, or any other entity authorized by the laws of the State of Utah to participate in State Cooperative Contracts.
Eligible Users means political subdivisions of the State of Florida (county, local county board of public instruction, municipal, or other local public agency or authority), State Universities, and any other public entities authorized by State statute, which may desire to purchase under the terms and conditions of the Agreement.
Eligible Users as defined in 60A-1.005, F.A.C., means all governmental agencies, which have a physical presence within the State of Florida and any independent, nonprofit college or university that is located within the State of Florida and is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools.
Eligible Users means those authorized to use this Cooperative Contract and is limited to Local Education Agencies, which includes school districts, charter schools, Utah Schools for the Deaf and the Blind, and any other entity that the Utah State Board of Education has authority over.
Eligible Users means all Washington County residents, residents of counties or cities with which Washington County has reciprocal borrowing agreements, as well as paying card holders.
