Co-Book Runners definition

Co-Book Runners means Calyon New York Branch, WestLB AG, New York Branch, CoBank, ACB and The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, Ltd., New York Branch, each acting in its capacity as Co-Book Runner under the Credit Agreement.
Co-Book Runners means CIT Capital and BMO Capital, in their capacities as co-book runners.
Co-Book Runners means Calyon New York Branch and CoBank, ACB.

  • Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, none of the Lead Arrangers, Lead Book Runners, Co-Arrangers, Co-Book Runners, Syndication Agent or Documentation Agents listed on the cover page hereof shall have any powers, duties or responsibilities under this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents, except in its capacity, as applicable, as the Administrative Agent or a Lender hereunder or, in the case of the Lead Arrangers, as expressly set forth herein.

  • In addition, the Co-Lead Arrangers, Co-Book Runners, Documentation Agent, Syndication Agent and Administrative Agent are hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Agents".

  • Each Secured Party hereby makes the same acknowledgments with respect to the Lead Arrangers, Underwriters, Co-Syndication Agents, Co-Documentation Agents and Co-Book Runners as it makes with respect to the Administrative Agent or the Collateral Agent in this Article 9.

  • The Lead Arrangers shall only have those rights, powers, obligations, liabilities, responsibilities and duties set forth in Section 3.1, Section 5.11, this Article 9 and Section 11.1. Without limiting the foregoing, none of the Lead Arrangers, Underwriters, Co-Syndication Agents, Co-Documentation Agents and Co-Book Runners shall have or be deemed to have a fiduciary relationship with any Secured Party.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, the parties hereto acknowledge that the Co-Syndication Agents, Underwriters, Co-Documentation Agents and Co-Book Runners hold such titles in name only, and that such titles confer no additional rights or obligations relative to those conferred on any Secured Party hereunder.
