Coal Price definition

Coal Price means the Coal Price determined pursuant to Schedule 1.1(a).
Coal Price means the price for coal supplied under the New Agreement, which shall be determined from time to time as provided in paragraphs 6, 7, and 8 of this letter agreement.
Coal Price means the price for Coal as calculated pursuant to Sections 6.1 and 3.4(c) hereof, as such may be adjusted from time to time hereunder.

  • Coal Price Payment The meaning given in Section 10.1. and in SCHEDULE A of this Agreement.

Related to Coal Price

  • Final Price means, with respect to a Security and an Auto-Call Valuation Date or the Valuation Date, subject to the Adjustment Provisions, the price of such Security as determined by the Calculation Agent as of the Valuation Time on the relevant Exchange on such Auto-Call Valuation Date or the Valuation Date, as the case may be.

  • Initial Price or “Initial Offer” means the price per Unit on the first day of the Initial Period determined by the Management Company.

  • Contract Price means the price payable to the supplier under the contract for the full and proper performance of his contractual obligations.

  • Total Price means the amount specified as such in the Quote.

  • Base Price means the price to be used as the basis for determining the Spread upon the exercise of an Appreciation Right.

  • ex-works price means the price paid for the product ex works to the manufacturer in the EU or in a SADC EPA State in whose undertaking the last working or processing is carried out, provided the price includes the value of all the materials used, minus any internal taxes paid which are, or may be, repaid when the product obtained is exported;

  • Total Contract Price/Project Cost/TCO means the price payable to Service Provider over the entire period of Contract for the full and proper performance of its contractual obligations.
