Contract Price definition

Contract Price means the price payable to the supplier under the contract for the full and proper performance of his contractual obligations.
Contract Price means the price payable to the Supplier as specified in the Contract Agreement, subject to such additions and adjustments thereto or deductions therefrom, as may be made pursuant to the Contract.

More Definitions of Contract Price

Contract Price means the sum agreed in the Contract as payable to the Contractor for the execution and completion of the Works and for remedying of any defects therein in accordance with the Contract.
