CoC Redemption Date definition

CoC Redemption Date means the date that is 30 Trading Days after the date of the CoC Redemption Notice.
CoC Redemption Date has the meaning set forth in Section 16.9(a)(iii).
CoC Redemption Date has the meaning set forth in Section 11.04(c).

  • The payment of cash or issuance of Common Stock, as applicable, pursuant to an Optional Redemption, Monthly Redemption or a CoC Redemption shall be payable, respectively, on the Optional Redemption Date, Monthly Redemption Date or CoC Redemption Date.

  • Such written notice shall be irrevocable, except that the right of the Holder to convert the outstanding Principal Amount of this Debenture with respect to which the redemption right is being exercised shall continue until the close of business on the Trading Day immediately preceding the CoC Redemption Date.

  • Triggering Redemption Amount means, for each share of Preferred Stock, the sum of (a) the greater of (i) 130% of the Stated Value and (ii) the product of (y) the VWAP on the Trading Day immediately preceding the date of the Triggering Event and (z) the Stated Value divided by the then Conversion Price, (b) all accrued but unpaid dividends thereon and (c) all liquidated damages and other costs, expenses or amounts due in respect of the Preferred Stock.

  • Automatic Early Redemption Date means each Automatic Early Redemption Date specified in the relevant Final Terms.

  • Mandatory Redemption Date means, in respect of a Mandatory Redemption Event, the date designated as such in accordance with Condition 8.7.

  • Debenture Redemption Date means, with respect to any Debentures to be redeemed under the Indenture, the date fixed for redemption under the Indenture.

  • Optional Redemption Amount means the sum of (a) 120% of the then outstanding principal amount of the Debenture, (b) accrued but unpaid interest and (c) all liquidated damages and other amounts due in respect of the Debenture.

  • Optional Redemption Price shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.
