Code Administration Code of Practice means the code of practice approved by the Authority and:(a) developed and maintained by the code administrators in existence from time to time;(b) amended subject to the Authority’s approval from time to time; and(c) re-published from time to time; “Code Administrator” means NGET carrying out the role of Code Administrator in accordance with Section B; “Fast Track Criteria” means that a proposal, if implemented.(a) would meet the Self-Governance Criteria; and(b) is properly a housekeeping modification required as a result of some error or factual change, including but not limited to:(i) updating names or addresses listed in the Code;(ii) correcting minor typographical errors;(iii) correcting formatting and consistency errors, such as paragraph numbering; or(iv) updating out of date references to otherdocuments or paragraphs.

  • Flood Insurance Regulations means (a) the National Flood Insurance Act of 1968 as now or hereafter in effect or any successor statute thereto, (b) the Flood Disaster Protection Act of 1973 as now or hereafter in effect or any successor statute thereto, (c) the National Flood Insurance Reform Act of 1994 (amending 42 USC § 4001, et seq.), as the same may be amended or recodified from time to time, and (d) the Flood Insurance Reform Act of 2004 and any regulations promulgated thereunder.
