Customs Administration definition

Customs Administration means the competent authority that is responsible under the law of a Party for the administration of customs laws and regulations;
Customs Administration means organisational and management activities of the customs authorities of a Party as well as activities carried out within the regulatory framework while implementing the objectives in the customs area;
Customs Administration means the government agency which is responsible for the administration of Customs law and related national legislation.
