Code of Ethics Requirement definition

Code of Ethics Requirement means the Employee complies with the Company’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, dated November 23, 2009 or, if applicable, the Company’s Code of Ethics for Executive Officers and Financial Officers, as adopted July 29, 2005, as the same may be amended from time to time.
