Coefficient of variation definition

Coefficient of variation or “C” means the ratio of the standard deviation to the mean value of a population of observations. It is estimated using the following equation:
Coefficient of variation means, for the purposes of clause 7A, the sample standard deviation expressed as a percentage of the sample mean.
Coefficient of variation means the ratio of the standard deviation to the mean value of a population of observations.
