Examples of coercive practice in a sentence
A "Coercive Practice" is impairing or harming, or threatening to impair or harm, directly or indirectly, any party or the property of the party to influence improperly the actions of a party.
The Company shall not engage in (nor authorize or permit any of their Affiliates or any other Person acting on their behalf to engage in), any Sanctionable Practice defined as any Corrupt Practice, Fraudulent Practice, Coercive Practice, Collusive Practice, or Obstructive Practice, as those terms are defined in and interpreted in accordance with the Anti-Corruption Guidelines attached hereto as Exhibit A.
