Collaboration Scope definition

Collaboration Scope means, with respect to a particular Product, any and all human uses of such Product in the Collaboration Territory.

  • Amgen will consult with GSK reasonably in advance of the date of any anticipated meeting with a Governmental Authority in the Collaboration Scope and will consider in good faith any timely recommendations made by GSK in preparation for such meeting.

  • The JSC will conduct its activities in consultation and/or cooperation with the JDC with respect to those matters that such committees determine appropriate, including regulatory matters and the usefulness of development to the commercial potential of Ivory in the Collaboration Scope.

  • The purpose of the collaboration is for the Parties to collaborate in the Commercialization of the In-Line Products and Development and Commercialization of the Pipeline Products in the Collaboration Scope, all as described in more detail herein.

  • Each Party will keep the JDC fully and promptly informed of progress and results of activities in the Collaboration Scope for which it is responsible or that it is permitted to conduct hereunder through its members on the JDC and as otherwise provided herein.

Collaboration Scope has the meaning of such term as defined in the Collaboration Agreement.

  • Collaboration has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Research Plan shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Collaboration Target means the Initial Collaboration Targets set forth on Exhibit F and any Additional Target or Substitute Target that is selected in accordance with Section 3.3 of this Agreement.

  • Collaboration Compound means any of the following: (a) FG-4592, (b) any HIF Compound (other than FG-4592) that is added to this Agreement pursuant to Section 3.6, and (c) any salts, esters, complexes, chelates, crystalline and amorphous morphic forms, pegylated forms, enantiomers (excluding regioisomers), prodrugs, solvates, metabolites and catabolites of any of the foregoing ((a) or (b)).

  • Commercialization Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2.

  • Development Activities means those activities which have been approved for the Project as set out in the approved Plans and Specifications and, generally, activities that are normally undertaken for the development, construction, repair, renovation, rehabilitation or conversion of buildings for residential purposes and include the acquisition of property;

  • Commercialization or “Commercialize” means activities directed to marketing, promoting, research and development as required, manufacturing for sale, offering for sale, distributing, importing or selling a product, including sub-licensing or sub-contracting of these activities.
