Collateral Term Sheets definition

Collateral Term Sheets shall have the meanings given such terms in the PSA Letter but shall include only those ABS Term Sheets or Collateral Term Sheets that have been prepared or delivered to prospective investors by any Underwriter.

Collateral Term Sheets as defined in the Second PSA No-Action Letter. AAI covenants and agrees that it will not prepare any Computational Materials, Structural Term Sheets or Collateral Term Sheets in connection with the offering of Certificates pursuant to this Underwriting Agreement except as provided for in the Terms Agreement which relates to an offering of Certificates.

Collateral Term Sheets mean such portion, if any, of the information delivered to the Depositor by the Underwriters pursuant to Section 8(d) for filing with the Commission on an Additional Materials 8-K as:
