Additional Collateral. Any of the following held, in addition to the related Mortgaged Property, as security for a Mortgage Loan: (i) all money, securities, security entitlements, accounts, general intangibles, payment rights, instruments, documents, deposit accounts, certificates of deposit, commodities contracts and other investment property and other property of whatever kind or description now existing or hereafter acquired which is pledged as security for the repayment of such Mortgage Loan, (ii) third-party guarantees, and (A) all money, securities, security entitlements, accounts, general intangibles, payment rights, instruments, documents, deposit accounts, certificates of deposit, commodities contracts and other investment property and other property of whatever kind or description now existing or hereafter acquired which is pledged as collateral for such guarantee or (B) any mortgaged property securing the performance of such guarantee, or (iii) such other collateral as may be set forth in the Series Supplement.
Additional Collateral. Any non-real property collateral (including any Letters of Credit or Reserve Funds) pledged and/or delivered by or on behalf of the related Borrower and held by the related Mortgagee to secure payment on any Mortgage Loan which, in the case of any Loan Combination, also secures payment on the related Pari Passu Companion Loan.

  • In order to prevent or remedy any Early Amortization Event by a pledge of Additional Collateral, such Additional Collateral must, together with all other items of Additional Collateral, have a Permitted Advance Amount at least equal to the amount which the Borrower would be required to prepay a Loan or Loans in accordance with Section 2.08(b) in order to remedy such Early Amortization Event.

More Definitions of Additional Collateral

Additional Collateral. (i) With respect to any Mortgage 100K Loan, the Securities Account and the financial assets held therein subject to a security interest pursuant to the related Mortgage 100K Pledge Agreement, or (ii) with respect to any Parent Power(R) Mortgage Loan, the related Parent Power(R) Agreement and collateral pledged pursuant thereto.
Additional Collateral means all property (whether real or personal) in which security interests are granted (or have been purported to be granted) (and continue to be in effect at the time of determination) pursuant to Section 8.11.
