Collateral Agency Agreement definition

Collateral Agency Agreement means that certain Collateral Agency Agreement, dated as of the Issue Date, made by and among the Issuers, the other Grantors, the Trustee, the Collateral Agent and each other Secured Debt Representative, as amended, modified, renewed, restated or replaced, in whole or in part, from time to time, in accordance with its terms.
Collateral Agency Agreement means the Collateral Agency Agreement, dated as of the Closing Date, in form and substance satisfactory to the Purchasers, between the Purchasers and the Collateral Agent.
Collateral Agency Agreement means the Collateral Agency Agreement among the Collateral Agent and the Secured Creditors in the form of Exhibit B hereto, as amended, supplemented or otherwise modified.
