Collection Documents definition

Collection Documents means any shipping and financial documents handled or processed by us including, but not limited to, bills of lading, invoices, insurance policies, certificates of origin, certificates of quality and bills of exchange.
Collection Documents means any and all legally valid collection document(s) used in collecting values for the GOODS and SERVICES supplied by SIEMENS, such as invoices, duly accompanied of any correction letters, when needed; service invoices; debit notes; duplicate notes; list of supply invoices or collection receipts.
Collection Documents means only those documents adopted by RCI, as amended from time to time, including, without limitation, these Terms and Conditions, the Disclosure Guide to The Registry Collection, any Collection directory or magazine, the Affiliation Agreement, the Participation Agreement, the Member Agreement and such other materials as the Collection shall make available to Members.

  • L/C Related Documents has the meaning specified in Section 2.06(b)(i).
