Combination item definition

Combination item means a device that contains combinations of two or more of the effects described in paragraphs (b) to (g) of this subsection.
Combination item has the meaning given to the term ‘combination item’ in subsection 84(1) of the Act. Control has the meaning given to the term ‘control’ in section 50AA of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).
