Components definition

Components means articles, materials, and supplies incorporated directly into end products at any level of manufacture, fabrication, or assembly by the Contractor or any subcontractor.
Components as used in this clause, means those articles, materials, and supplies incorporated directly into the end products.

  • The EG4 specifically agrees that it shall have no power or authority to represent the Company in any manner; that it will solicit orders for Company Components as an independent contractor in accordance with the terms of this Agreement; and that it will not at any time represent orally or in writing to any person or corporation or other business entity that it has any right, power or authority not expressly granted by this Agreement.

  • Company warrants that EG4 shall acquire Company Components purchased hereunder free and clear of all liens and encumbrances.

Components with respect to a composite currency means the currency amounts that are components of such composite currency on the conversion date with respect to such composite currency. After such conversion date if the official unit of any component currency is altered by way of combination or subdivision, the number of units of such currency in the Component shall be proportionately divided or multiplied. If after such conversion date any component currency shall be divided into two or more currencies, the amount of such currency as a Component shall be replaced by amounts of such two or more currencies, each of which shall be equal to the amount of such former component currency divided by the number of currencies into which such component currency was divided, and such amounts shall thereafter be Components.
