Combined Financial Statements definition

Combined Financial Statements means financial statements prepared on a combined basis by a group of af- filiated entities that share the same fi-12 CFR Ch. VI (1–1–21 Edition)nancial interest, regardless of whether any of the entities has the ability to exercise control over another. For pur- poses of this part, unless otherwise specified, combined financial data of a bank and its related associations in- cludes financial data of the bank’s con- solidated subsidiaries.
Combined Financial Statements means “Combined Financial Statements for the Year Ended 31 December 2018” and/or “Combined Financial Statements for the Six Months Ended 30 June 2019”, as applicable;
Combined Financial Statements means the audited combined financial statements of the Company for the years ended October 31, 2016 and October 31, 2017, respectively, as appended to this Prospectus at Schedule “A”.

Examples of Combined Financial Statements in a sentence

  • Assumptions made in preparation of the Combined Financial Statements shall be disclosed in ‘Basis of Preparation’ of such statements.

  • However, if the discrete financial information for such assets is also available for the pre-holding period (i.e. the period before the acquisition by the sponsor or its associates or its group entities), then such assets shall be reflected in the Combined Financial Statements for such pre-holding period as well.

  • The basis of preparation shall also explain the principles of combination and elimination of transactions amongst entities that are included in the Combined Financial Statements.

More Definitions of Combined Financial Statements

Combined Financial Statements means the audited financial statements of the UAM Business as of and for the years ended December 31, 2021, 2019 and 2020;
