Comcast Equipment definition

Comcast Equipment means any and all facilities, equipment, or devices provided by Comcast or its agents used to deliver the Service, including, but not limited to, cable modems and wiring.
Comcast Equipment. Any and all facilities, equipment or devices provided by Comcast or its authorized contractors at the Service Location(s) that are used to deliver any of the Services including, but not limited to, all terminals, wires, modems, lines, circuits, ports, routers, gateways, switches, channel service units, data service units, cabinets, and racks. Notwithstanding the above, inside telephone wiring within the Service Location, whether or not installed by Comcast, shall not be considered Comcast Equipment.
Comcast Equipment has the meaning assigned in Paragraph 7.4.

  • If Comcast is required to use a collection agency or attorney to collect any amount owed by Customer or any unreturned Comcast Equipment, Customer agrees to pay all reasonable costs of collection or other action.

  • Customer shall not move, rearrange, disconnect, remove, attempt to repair, or otherwise tamper with any Comcast Equipment or permit others to do so, and shall not use the Comcast Equipment for any purpose other than that authorized by the Agreement.

  • BT Equipment means any equipment, including any Software, owned by or licensed to BT Group that is located at a Site for the provision of a Service.

Capital equipment also includes machinery and equipment used primarily to electronically transmit results retrieved by a customer of an online computerized data retrieval system.

  • Computer equipment means Covered Property that is electronic computer or other data processing equipment, including peripherals used in conjunction with such equipment, and electronic media and records.
