Comcast Equipment definition

Comcast Equipment means any and all facilities, equipment, or devices provided by Comcast or its agents used to deliver the Service, including, but not limited to, cable modems and wiring.
Comcast Equipment. That We Provide
Comcast Equipment means all equipment, such as external cabling and related electronic devices, and any software, that is installed and/or provided by Comcast or its designee. Comcast Equipment will at all times remain the property of Comcast or its designee.

  • Multiple levels of power backup designed to provide uninterrupted operation of Vendor equipment and Comcast Equipment in the event of a loss of power in accordance with Comcast’s Technical Requirements (attached hereto as Exhibit C).

  • Multiple levels of protection against loss of cooling, including a primary backup system which shall provide adequate backup cooling capacity, and a secondary backup system, which shall be capable of providing continuous cooling during a power outage so as to maintain Vendor equipment and Comcast Equipment at all times within the tolerances specified by the appropriate manufacturer.

  • The Comcast Equipment will remain the property of Comcast; however, Xxxxxxx.xxx shall be responsible for managing all such equipment.

  • Any Comcast Equipment which is damaged, lost, stolen or otherwise missing will be billed to Vendor at the full replacement value.

  • Except as otherwise provided herein, and except for Comcast Software, PII, Usage Data, Xxxxxxx.xxx Software, each Party’s Proprietary Items, Comcast Equipment, all of which shall be held in confidence for perpetuity, each Party agrees to continue such confidential treatment of Confidential Information for a period of five (5) years from the date of Agreement termination, expiration or cancellation.

  • Neither Xxxxxxx.xxx nor its assignees will file a mechanic’s lien or similar lien, UCC filing, security interest or other encumbrance, on Comcast Equipment or otherwise use Comcast Equipment as collateral for any financing.

  • Notwithstanding the location of any Comcast Equipment at a Xxxxxxx.xxx or other non-Comcast facility, or the failure to list any item of Comcast Equipment on the applicable Program Descriptions, all right, title and interest in and to any Comcast Equipment will be and remain in Comcast, and Xxxxxxx.xxx will have no title or ownership interest in such Comcast Equipment.

  • Xxxxxxx.xxx will provide Comcast with reasonable access to all Comcast Equipment located at a Xxxxxxx.xxx or other non-Comcast facility, and, notwithstanding any contrary terms that may be contained herein, will be responsible for all costs and expenses associated with repair or replacement of any Comcast Equipment or any part thereof damaged (reasonable wear and tear excepted) by Xxxxxxx.xxx, its employees, permitted subcontractors, agents or invitees (excluding Comcast).

  • The applicable Program Descriptions shall be deemed to be updated to include any additional Comcast Equipment made available by Comcast for Xxxxxxx.xxx’s use in providing the Services.

Related to Comcast Equipment

  • New equipment means equipment for which, by the cut-off date, neither of the following events has occurred:

  • Project Equipment means the items of machinery, equipment or other personal property used in connection with the construction and development of the Project pursuant to the provisions hereof, and all replacements thereof and substitutions therefor made pursuant to this Agreement.

  • fall arrest equipment means equipment used to arrest a person in a fall, including personal equipment, a body harness, lanyards, deceleration devices, lifelines or similar equipment;

  • Company Equipment means all equipment supplied by the Company to the Contractor, to use in the performance of the Work and which is specified in the Contract as “Company Equipment”.

  • Replacement Equipment means operational equipment or other parts used by Tenant to replace any of the Equipment.

  • Service Equipment means any equipment, Software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by or on behalf of Verizon and used to facilitate provision of the Services at a Customer Site. Ownership of the Service Equipment does not pass to Customer. Service Equipment does not include Verizon Facilities.

  • Standard equipment means the basic configuration of a vehicle which is equipped with all the features that are required under the regulatory acts of the Contracting Party including all features that are fitted without giving rise to any further specifications on configuration or equipment level.

  • Stationary x-ray equipment means x-ray equipment which is installed in a fixed location.

  • X-ray equipment means an x-ray system, subsystem, or component thereof. Types of x-ray equipment are as follows:

  • Interconnection equipment means a group of components or an integrated system owned and operated by the interconnection customer that connects an electric generator with a local electric power system, as that term is defined in Section 3.1.6.2 of IEEE Standard 1547, or with the electric distribution system. Interconnection equipment is all interface equipment including switchgear, protective devices, inverters or other interface devices. Interconnection equipment may be installed as part of an integrated equipment package that includes a generator or other electric source.

  • Capital Equipment means machinery and equipment purchased or leased, and used in this state by the purchaser or lessee primarily for manufacturing, fabricating, mining, or refining tangible personal property to be sold ultimately at retail if the machinery and equipment are essential to the integrated production process of manufacturing, fabricating, mining, or refining. Capital equipment also includes machinery and equipment used primarily to electronically transmit results retrieved by a customer of an online computerized data retrieval system.

  • Computer Equipment means Covered Property that is electronic computer or other data processing equipment, including peripherals used in conjunction with such equipment, and electronic media and records.

  • Airport Ground Support Equipment means vehicles and equipment used at an airport to service aircraft between flights.

  • Load Control Equipment means the equipment (which may include, but is not limited to, ripple receivers and relays) that is from time to time installed in, over or on Consumer’s Premises for the purpose of receiving signals sent by Load Signalling Equipment and switching on and off, or otherwise controlling, controllable load;

  • School equipment means a durable school-owned machine, equipment, or tool used by a student as part of an activity, course, or program in a secondary school and includes a saw or 3D printer. “School equipment” includes a saw or 3D printer.

  • Mobility enhancing equipment means equipment, other than durable medical equipment or a motor vehicle or equipment on a motor vehicle normally provided by a motor vehicle manufacturer, dispensed pursuant to a prescription, including repair or replacement parts for that equipment, that is all of the following:

  • Farm equipment means equipment used directly for farming

  • Customer Equipment means hardware, software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by you and used in conjunction with the Equipment that we supply to you in order to receive the Services;

  • Production equipment (1 7 9) means tooling, templates, jigs, mandrels, moulds, dies, fixtures, alignment mechanisms, test equipment, other machinery and components therefor, limited to those specially designed or modified for "development" or for one or more phases of "production".

  • Ancillary equipment means any device including, but not limited to, such devices as piping, fittings, flanges, valves, and pumps, that is used to distribute, meter, or control the flow of hazardous waste from its point of generation to a storage or treatment tank(s), between hazardous waste storage and treatment tanks to a point of disposal onsite, or to a point of shipment for disposal off-site.

  • Equipment is all “equipment” as defined in the Code with such additions to such term as may hereafter be made, and includes without limitation all machinery, fixtures, goods, vehicles (including motor vehicles and trailers), and any interest in any of the foregoing.

  • Systems and Equipment means any plant, machinery, transformers, duct work, cable, wires, and other equipment, facilities, and systems designed to supply heat, ventilation, air conditioning and humidity or any other services or utilities, or comprising or serving as any component or portion of the electrical, gas, steam, plumbing, sprinkler, communications, alarm, security, or fire/life/safety systems or equipment, or any other mechanical, electrical, electronic, computer or other systems or equipment for the Property.

  • Supplier Equipment means the Supplier's hardware, computer and telecoms devices, equipment, plant, materials and such other items supplied and used by the Supplier (but not hired, leased or loaned from the Customer) in the performance of its obligations under this Call Off Contract;

  • Movable equipment means a hand-held or non-hand-held machine or device, powered or unpowered, that is used to do work and is moved within or between work sites.

  • Equipment Room means a space intended for the operation of pool pumps, filters, heaters and controllers.

  • Purchased Equipment means any equipment, including any Software, sold by BT to the Customer.
