Commercial Aeronautical Operator definition

Commercial Aeronautical Operator. A class of FBO which is an individual or company engaged in commercial activity at the airport which provides a service to the flying community and utilizes the airport runway and surrounding facilities on a regular basis. Commercial Aeronautical Operators must lease space at the airport.
Commercial Aeronautical Operator means a Person or Business entity engaging in a Commercial Aeronautical Activity or Commercial Aeronautical Service as those terms are defined in Division II of this Title 10.
