Commercial Cannabis definition

Commercial Cannabis means any commercial cannabis activity allowed under MMRSA, AUMA and/or MAUCRSA (SB 94), as limited by the allowable licenses below, as may be amended from time to time, and all uses permitted under any subsequent enacted state law pertaining to the same or similar use for recreational cannabis. Prior to January 1, 2018, the cannabis shall be for medicinal cannabis patients in California pursuant to the Compassionate Use Act of 1996 (Proposition 215) found at Section 11362.5 of the Health and Safety Code.
Commercial Cannabis means Cannabis, Cannabis Crop, Cannabis Concentrate, Cannabis Derivative, Cannabis Product, or any combination of the foregoing, as the context may so indicate; provided, however, that the term Commercial Cannabis does not include Cannabis for Personal Use or Medical Use.

Examples of Commercial Cannabis in a sentence

  • The Party prevailing in any litigation concerning this Agreement, the Subject Property, or the Commercial Cannabis Business operations, shall be entitled to an award by the court of reasonable attorneys’ fees and litigation costs.

  • As such, termination of this Agreement shall result in the immediate termination of the Commercial Cannabis Business’s operations, unless and until a new Operating Agreement is executed by the Parties.

  • On an annual basis, Commercial Cannabis Business shall submit to the City a financial audit of the Commercial Cannabis Business operations conducted by an independent certified public accountant.

  • Without prejudice to its other remedies at law or in equity, the City may terminate this Agreement for cause within thirty (30) days’ written notice to Commercial Cannabis Business.

  • Commercial Cannabis Business shall cure the default resulting from the cause for termination within thirty (30) days of the date of the notice of termination.

  • As consideration for the rights and benefits it enjoys under this Agreement, including its operation of approved cannabis uses in the City during the Term, the Commercial Cannabis Business shall pay the City fees as set forth by Resolution by the City Council.

  • The Commercial Cannabis Business understands and acknowledges that the right to operate the Commercial Cannabis Business is expressly contingent on full compliance with Chapter 33 of the Fontana Municipal Code.

For the purpose of this division, “cannabis” does not mean “industrial hemp” as defined by Section 11018.5 of the Health and Safety Code. Cannabis and the term “marijuana” may be used interchangeably.

  • Commercial Close means the date the Project Agreement is signed by the Preferred Proponent and the Signing Parties;

  • Drug outlet means a pharmacy, nursing home, shelter home, convalescent home, extended care facility, drug abuse treatment center, penal institution, hospital, family planning clinic, student health center, retail store, wholesaler, manufacturer, mail-order vendor or other establishment with facilities located within or out of this state that is engaged in dispensing, delivery or distribution of drugs within this state.

  • Cannabis product means cannabis that has undergone a process whereby the plant material has been transformed into a concentrate, including, but not limited to, concentrated cannabis, or an edible or topical product containing cannabis or concentrated cannabis and other ingredients.

  • First Commercial Sale means the first sale for use or consumption of any Licensed Product in a country after all required Regulatory Approvals for commercial sale of such Licensed Product have been obtained in such country.

  • Commercial Product means any such product as defined in FAR 2.101.
