Commercial Cardholder definition

Commercial Cardholder means an employee of Company who is designated by Company to receive a Commercial Card and who holds a Commercial Card to effect Transactions during the term of this Agreement.
Commercial Cardholder means a Company employee who is designated by Company to receive a Commercial Card and who is approved to use such Commercial Card to effect Transactions during the term of this Account Agreement.
Commercial Cardholder means the Primary Cardholder who is an individual nominated by, and at the request of, the Customer and an Additional Cardholder and to whom a Commercial Card bearing that individual’s name and the Customer’s name is issued by Al Rajhi Bank and, in respect of which each Card Transaction is to be recorded in the Customer’s Card Account.

  • Use of any Commercial Card by a Commercial Cardholder after the effective date of the change constitutes acceptance of the change.

  • Company promises to pay Bank for all of these Transactions, plus any related Finance Charges assessed on the Account and any other charges and fees that Company may owe Bank under the terms of this Agreement and any charges and fees that Commercial Cardholders may owe Bank under the terms of the applicable Commercial Cardholder Agreement.

  • Company and the Commercial Cardholder are responsible for handling any dispute directly with the merchant that accepted or refused to accept a Commercial Card.

  • Depending on qualifications, other rates for Cash Advances may apply or be available and notice thereof will be provided to Company and/or the Commercial Cardholder.

  • Bank may charge a fee in the amount set forth in the Pricing Information if Company or a Commercial Cardholder makes a payment through a phone call to Bank.

  • Bank may do this with or without cause and without giving Company or the applicable Commercial Cardholder notice.

Related to Commercial Cardholder

  • Primary Cardholder means the person who applied for a Card, whose name is on the Account and who a Card is issued to. Purchase means any Transaction other than a Cash Advance.

  • Cardholder means a person authorized to use a Card.
