Commercial customer definition

Commercial customer means a customer who is acting within their trade or profession in respect of the insurance cover requested or arranged.

Commercial customer means a non-residential customer taking service at a metered point of delivery at a distribution voltage under an electric utility’s tariff during the prior calendar year and a non-profit customer or government entity, including an educational institution. For purposes of this section, each metered point of delivery shall be considered a separate customer.
