Commercial Credit Account definition

Commercial Credit Account means a trading account granted in writing by the Supplier to the Purchaser prior to entering into a Contract on such terms and conditions agreed between the Purchaser and Supplier;
Commercial Credit Account means a trading account granted in writing by the Supplier to the Customer;
Commercial Credit Account means the credit account in favour of the Applicant that is subject to credit terms set by Grant Broadcasters and established as a result of Grant Broadcasters’ approval of a credit application submitted by the Applicant;

  • Commercial Letters of Credit means those letters of credit subject to the UCP payable in Dollars and issued or caused to be issued by Lender on behalf of Borrower under a Loan Facility for the benefit of a supplier(s) of Borrower in connection with Borrower's purchase of goods or services from the supplier in support of the export of the Items.

  • Letter of Credit Collateral Account means a special deposit account maintained by the Administrative Agent, for the benefit of the Administrative Agent, the Issuing Bank and the Lenders, and under the sole dominion and control of the Administrative Agent.
