Commercial Modules definition

Commercial Modules or “Software” means any module sold in the FreePBX Store or licensed as a Commercial Module regardless of cost.

Examples of Commercial Modules in a sentence

  • Any use by you of Commercial Modules and any exchange of data between you and any third-party Commercial Module provider are solely between you and the third-party Commercial Module provider.

  • Unless otherwise stated in the Commercial Module licensing information (available on subscription of the Module), Commercial Modules and any Resolutions thereto are licensed under the Two Impulse Software Subscription Agreement for your Two Impulse Software instance, for perpetual, per server or per user terms (as indicated in the Order Form and licensing information for each Commercial Module).

  • The terms of clauses 1, 3, 7 to 10 survive termination, including for the avoidance of doubt in the case of continuation of use of the Two Impulse Software with Commercial Modules under clause 3.3.

  • At any time during any term of this Agreement, you may purchase additional Commercial Modules, or subscribe to further Users/Metrics (as defined in Annex 1), by signing and submitting additional Order Form/s (“Additional Subscription”).

  • Commercial Modules are available on Two Impulse Exchange or any other ways indicated from time to time by Two Impulse.

  • Under the proposed Accommodation and Commercial Modules the term of engagement of a service contractor and the term of authorisation of letting agent must not be longer than 25 years.

  • Under the proposed Standard, Accommodation and Commercial Modules, the term of engagement of a body corporate manager must not be longer than three years.

  • The access key grants rights in relation to the Software (including Commercial Modules) for use by the purchased number of Users/Metrics for the specified Term.

  • The Standard, Accommodation and Commercial Modules provide that a body corporate may terminate a person’s engagement as a service contractor, or authorisation as a letting agent under either the terms of the BCCM Act, by agreement, or under the engagement or authorisation.

  • You may use the Commercial Modules to add functionality to the Two Impulse Software, provided that such use is in accordance with the terms of the applicable license and this Agreement.

Related to Commercial Modules

  • Commercial Product means any such product as defined in FAR 2.101.

  • Diagnostic source assembly means the tube housing assembly with a beam-limiting device attached.

  • Commercial Software means Software developed or regularly used that: (i) has been sold, leased, or licensed to the general public; (ii) has been offered for sale, lease, or license to the general public; (iii) has not been offered, sold, leased, or licensed to the public but will be available for commercial sale, lease, or license in time to satisfy the delivery requirements of this Contract; or (iv) satisfies a criterion expressed in (i), (ii), or (iii) above and would require only minor modifications to meet the requirements of this Contract.

  • Commercial Production means the operation of the Property or any portion thereof as a producing mine and the production of mineral products therefrom (excluding bulk sampling, pilot plant or test operations);

  • Collaborative drug therapy management means participation by an authorized pharmacist and a physician in the management of drug therapy pursuant to a written community practice protocol or a written hospital practice protocol.

  • Commercial Services means any waste management service, relating or connected to accumulating, collecting, managing, recycling, sorting, storing, treating, transporting, disposing, buying or selling of waste or any other manner of handling waste excluding services rendered by the municipality;

  • Manufacturing Know-How means all information, techniques, inventions, discoveries, improvements, practices, methods, knowledge, skill, experience and other technology, whether or not patentable or copyrightable, and any copyrights based thereon, relating to or necessary or useful for the production, purification, packaging, storage and transportation of Collaboration Products, including without limitation specifications, acceptance criteria, manufacturing batch records, standard operating procedures, engineering plans, installation, operation and process qualification protocols for equipment, validation records, master files submitted to the FDA, process validation reports, environmental monitoring processes, test data including pharmacological, toxicological and clinical test data, cost data and employee training materials.

  • Commercial User means all retail stores, restaurants, office buildings, laundries, and other private business and service establishments.

  • Bioassay means the determination of kinds, quantities or concentrations and, in some cases, the locations of radioactive material in the human body, whether by direct measurement, in vivo counting, or by analysis and evaluation of materials excreted or removed from the human body. For purposes of these rules, “radiobioassay” is an equivalent term.

  • Commercial use request means a re- quest from or on behalf of one who seeks information for a use or purpose that furthers the commercial, trade, or profit interests of the requester or the person on whose behalf the request is made.

  • Program Materials means the documents and information provided by the Program Administrator specifying the qualifying EEMs, technology requirements, costs and other Program requirements, which include, without limitation, program guidelines and requirements, application forms and approval letters.

  • Commercial Development Plan means the written commercialization plan attached as Appendix E.

  • Commercial computer software means software developed or regularly used for non-governmental purposes which—

  • Manufacturing means all activities related to the manufacture of a Compound, including planning, purchasing, manufacture, processing, compounding, storage, filling, packaging, waste disposal, labeling, leafleting, testing, quality assurance, sample retention, stability testing, release, dispatch and supply, as applicable.

  • Manufacturing Technology means any and all patents, patent applications, know-how, and all intellectual property rights associated therewith that are owned or controlled by Licensor, and including all tangible embodiments thereof, that are necessary or useful for the manufacture of adeno-associated viruses, adeno-associated virus vectors, research or commercial reagents related thereto, Licensed Products, or other products, including manufacturing processes, technical information relating to the methods of manufacture, protocols, standard operating procedures, batch records, assays, formulations, quality control data, specifications, scale up, any and all improvements, modifications, and changes thereto, and any and all activities associated with such manufacture. Any and all chemistry, manufacturing, and controls (CMC), drug master files (DMFs), or similar materials provided to regulatory authorities and the information contained therein are deemed Manufacturing Technology.

  • Commercial applicator means a person who, by contract or for hire, engages in the

  • Manufacturing Agreement has the meaning set forth in Section 4.3.

  • Commercial Launch means the initial First Commercial Sale of a Product in the Territory.

  • Radiopharmaceutical quality assurance means, but is not limited to, the performance of appropriate chemical, biological, and physical tests on potential radiopharmaceuticals and the interpretation of the resulting data to determine their suitability for use in humans and animals, including internal test assessment, authentication of product history, and the keeping of proper records.

  • Commercial Supply Agreement has the meaning set forth in Section 5.2.
