Commercial Units definition

Commercial Units means all commercial, industrial, institutional or other facilities, 13 except residential and Multi-Residential Units.
Commercial Units has the meaning specified in Section 4.1.

Examples of Commercial Units in a sentence

  • The tenderer is allowed to develop the plot/construct the Commercial Units subject to the following norms.

  • A fixed basic charge, as determined by Council on an annual basis, will be levied on each additional Lettable Business or Commercial Unit as per the building plan register, up to a maximum of ten (10) additional Lettable Business or Commercial Units.

More Definitions of Commercial Units

Commercial Units means the commercial unit to be developed and constructed by the Developer (third part) as part of the Project, which are to be sub leased to the Project Users on sub lease basis;
