Examples of Commercial Units in a sentence
The tenderer is allowed to develop the plot/construct the Commercial Units subject to the following norms.
A fixed basic charge, as determined by Council on an annual basis, will be levied on each additional Lettable Business or Commercial Unit as per the building plan register, up to a maximum of ten (10) additional Lettable Business or Commercial Units.
In addition GGP Ala Moana L.L.C, the initial Owner of the Commercial Unit in the Project (“Initial Commercial Owner”), has certain reserved rights set forth in the Declaration, including, without limitation, rights to approve any structural changes and changes to the exterior of the Project, to alter the Commercial Units, including the right to create additional Commercial Units and to convert Commercial Limited Common Elements into additional Commercial Units.
As an example, a Commercial building with 4 spaces for separate businesses would have 4 Commercial Units.
The proposed layout of the Development and location of the Residential Units, the Common Areas and Common Facilities and the proposed improvements relating to the Commercial Units are set out in the preliminary site plan (the “Preliminary Site Plan”) attached hereto as Exhibit “A”.
