Commissioned inspector means an employee of an Authorized Inspection Agency who is commissioned by the National Board and this State, holds an endorsement on his or her National Board Commission appropriate for the work to be performed, and who is charged with conducting in-service inspections of pressure equipment and inspecting repairs or alterations to that equipment.
