Work to be Performed definition

Work to be Performed or “Contract Work” or “Scope of Work” refers to all “Work” as defined in the Leveraged Procurement Agreement.
Work to be Performed or “Contract Work” or “Scope of Work” refers to all “Work” as defined in the Master Agreement.

Examples of Work to be Performed in a sentence

  • All requests and communications about the Work to be Performed under this Agreement shall be made through the Project Manager.

  • QESP shall Perform the Work, or cause the Work to be Performed, and all related Services identified in Schedule R (Equipment to be Installed by QESP) and the Services detailed in Schedule BB (QESP’s Maintenance Responsibilities) and Schedule J (Compensation to QESP for Annual Services).

  • The total amount the State may pay to the Contractor under this Agreement for performing the Work set forth in Exhibit D - Work to be Performed, and allowable expenses, shall be the actual cost not to exceed the Contract Amount of $[TBD], as set forth in this Exhibit C.

  • All requests and communications about the Work to be Performed under this Agreement shall be made through the AOC Project Manager.

  • The Contractor shall submit an invoice for Work provided upon completion of the Work, as set forth in Exhibit D, Work to be Performed, no more often than once a month.

  • A “change,” as that term is used in this Section means technical or other adjustments made within the Scope of Work to be Performed, and consistent with Section 4.1 of this Agreement, which do not extend the term of the Agreement or increase the authorized amount set forth in Section 6.1 of this Agreement.

  • The Director may grant an extension of time for completion of any of the work to be performed under this Section B (Additional Work to be Performed) upon Respondent’s timely, written request that demonstrates both good cause for an extension and provides sufficient detail to enable the Director to evaluate Respondent’s request.

  • During the term of this Agreement, City shall have the right to request changes to the work within the general scope of work contemplated by this Agreement and consistent with Section 4.1, Scope of Work to be Performed, of this Agreement.

  • Respondent agrees to complete the corrective actions specified in Section B (Additional Work to be Performed) of this Agreement.

  • The Contractor shall provide all the labor, equipment and any and all other items required to perform the services set forth in Attachment A, “Services and Statement of Work for Work to be Performed by the Contractor for VEIC” (the “Services”).


More Definitions of Work to be Performed

Work to be Performed. Services include the facilitation of a smooth transition of Consultant’s former work duties and business contacts to the Company and such other related services as may be mutually agreed from time to time.
Work to be Performed. The portrait(s) are to be by inches, created with non-toxic water soluble oils or prism color pencils on acid free archival paper. The portrait(s) are portraying . Artist is not responsible for framing or cost of framing.
Work to be Performed. Except as may be specified elsewhere in the contract, CONTRACTOR shall furnish all plant; labor; materials; tools; supplies; equipment; transportation; supervision; technical, professional and other services; and shall perform all operations necessary and required to satisfactorily design, fabricate, furnish and install the curtain wall systems for the Empire Towers office buildings and all appurtenant structures, facilities and works.

Related to Work to be Performed

  • Project Deliverables means the Project deliverables set out in Schedule 2. Project Material means all the material including but not limited to documents, computer software, and data stored by any means which is created by the Fellow in the course of undertaking the Project.

  • Work or Works means the works to be executed or done under this contract.

  • Statement of Work means the description of activities Grantee must perform to complete the Project, as specified in the Grant Agreement, and as may be amended.

  • Task Order means a separate order issued under this Contract.

  • Work Order means an individually negotiated document that is executed by both Parties and which authorizes a Project, if any, in an indefinite quantity Contract.
