Commodity Hedging Manager definition

Commodity Hedging Manager means a Person selected by Borrower and approved by the Administrative Agent, acting in its sole discretion, to develop the Commodity Hedging Program and, following the Commodity Hedging Program Date, implement the Commodity Hedging Program.

Related to Commodity Hedging Manager

  • Commodity contract means a commodity futures contract, an option on a commodity futures contract, a commodity option, or another contract if the contract or option is:

  • commodity derivatives means commodity derivatives as defined in Article 2(1)(30) of Regulation (EU) No 600/2014;

  • Hedging Party means at any relevant time, the Issuer, or any of its affiliates or any other party providing the Issuer directly or indirectly with hedging arrangements in relation to the Notes as the Issuer may select at such time.

  • Hedge Agreement means a “swap agreement” as that term is defined in Section 101(53B)(A) of the Bankruptcy Code.

  • Commodity intermediary means a person that:

  • Hedging Contract means (a) any agreement providing for options, swaps, floors, caps, collars, forward sales or forward purchases involving interest rates, commodities or commodity prices, equities, currencies, bonds, or indexes based on any of the foregoing, (b) any option, futures or forward contract traded on an exchange, and (c) any other derivative agreement or other similar agreement or arrangement.

  • Commodity Agreement means any commodity futures contract, commodity swap, commodity option or other similar agreement or arrangement designed to protect against fluctuations in the price of commodities or to otherwise manage commodity prices or the risk of fluctuations in commodity prices.

  • Commodity customer means a person for which a commodity intermediary carries a commodity contract on its books.

  • Commodity Account is any “commodity account” as defined in the Code with such additions to such term as may hereafter be made.

  • Hedging Arrangements means, with respect to any Person, any agreements or other arrangements (including interest rate swap agreements, interest rate cap agreements and forward sale agreements) entered into to protect that Person against changes in interest rates or the market value of assets.

  • Designated Hedge Agreement means any Hedge Agreement (other than a Commodities Hedge Agreement) to which the Borrower or any Subsidiary is a party and as to which, at the time such Hedge Agreement is entered into, a Lender or any of its Affiliates is a counterparty.

  • Specified Hedge Agreement any Hedge Agreement entered into by the Borrower or any Subsidiary Guarantor and any Qualified Counterparty.
