Common Facilities Agreement definition

Common Facilities Agreement means the Common Facilities Agreement dated as of May 6, 1981, by and among Puget Sound Energy, Avista Corporation, Portland General Electric Company, PacifiCorp, Talen Montana, LLC, and NorthWestern Corporation, as amended by Amendment No. 1 dated as of January 21, 1992 (to the extent of the survival of any rights and obligations under such agreement following the termination of such agreement in January 2020), and any replacement of or successor to such agreement.
Common Facilities Agreement has the meaning provided in Section 2.3(d) of this Agreement.
