COMMON ROOF means a part or portion of the ultimate roof as may be determined by the Developer/Promoter which shall form part of the common parts and portions and shall remain available for common use and enjoyment of all owners and/or occupiers of the building situated at the said Land and shall also include demarcated portion of the roof of the podium as well.

COMMON ROOF means any roof which is a unitary roof covering all or part of one Townhome Unit in common with all or part of the roof of an adjoining Townhome Unit.   • Common Facilities means the facilities under D.G.sets/D.G.rooms, water storage tanks its pumping and supply system, sewerage & drainage systems, electric sub-station/ transformers/electric panels/distribution network, maintenance service rooms, lawns including lighting & services etc., roads, pathways & driveways including street lighting & services etc., guard posts, fire hydrants & fire fighting system etc. and all such facilities and areas for common use and excluded from the computation of Super Area of the Said Premises;
