Common elements definition

Common elements means all portions of the condominium other than the units.
Common elements means the general common elements and the limited common elements.
Common elements means the portions of the condominium project other than the condominium units.

  • No Co-owner may waive or other-wise escape liability for the assessments provided for herein by nonuse of the Common Elements or abandonment of his Apartment.
