The Trustee shall deliver the authenticated Notes to the relevant nominee of the Common Safekeeper.
The Trustee is authorized by the Issuer to (i) authenticate or cause to be authenticated the Global Notes and the Definitive Notes (if any) and (ii) transmit such Global Notes electronically to the Common Safekeeper and to give effectuation instructions in respect of the Global Note following authentication thereof by the signature of any of its officers or any other person duly authorized for such purpose by the Trustee.
The Issuer hereby authorizes and instructs the Paying Agent to elect Clearstream Banking as Common Safekeeper.
This Note shall not be valid until the Trustee or Authenticating Agent signs the certificate of authentication on this Note and the entity appointed as Common Safekeeper by Euroclear and Clearstream effectuates this Note.
