While the Book-Entry System is in effect, notwithstanding any other provisions set forth herein, payments of principal or purchase price of, redemption premium, if any, and interest on the Bonds shall be made to the Securities Depository Nominee or the Securities Depository, as the case may be, by wire transfer in immediately available funds to the account of such entity.
Such Bond or Bonds shall be registered in the name of the Securities Depository Nominee.
