Communication Method definition

Communication Method means submitting an enquiry through the website forum or sending an email to the email address nominated for communications by Respondents in the General Information;
Communication Method means any method of communication described in Clause 15.
Communication Method means any method of communication described in Clause 16.

  • Where the Communication Method is email, it is the Respondent’s responsibility to ensure that it notifies the Principal of the correct email address for receiving communications.

  • Except where expressly permitted by these Procurement Process Conditions, all communications by the Respondent to the Principal in connection with the Procurement Process shall at first instance be directed to the Principal using the Communication Method.
