Communications Order definition

Communications Order means the Communications Order (Telecommunications and Broadcasts) (Determination of Essential Services Provided by “Bezeq” The Israeli Telecommunications Corp., Ltd.), 5757-1997, as amended from time to time.

  • The rights, powers and discretions conferred upon the Security Agent by this Agreement shall be supplemental to the Trustee ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ and the Trustee ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ and in addition to any which may be vested in the Security Agent by general law or otherwise, but subject to the Communications Order, the Communications Law and the Pledge Permit.
