Communications Stock definition

Communications Stock means the U S WEST Communications Group Common Stock, par value $.01 per share, of U S WEST.
Communications Stock means the class of U S WEST Communications Group Common Stock, par value $.01 per share, of the Corporation or any other class of stock resulting from (x) successive changes or reclassifications of such stock consisting solely of changes in par value, or from par value to no par value or (y) a subdivision or combination, and in any such case including any shares thereof authorized after the date of the Certificate, together with any associated rights to purchase other securities of the Corporation which are at the time represented by the certificates representing such shares.
Communications Stock means the common stock, $.01 par value, issued by the Company that tracks the performance of the Communications Group.

  • All option grants shall be made under the terms and conditions set forth in the applicable Clear Channel Communications Stock Option Plan under which they are issued.

  • Communications service means a service capable of accessing, connecting with, or interfacing with a 911 system by dialing, initializing, or otherwise activating the system exclusively through the digits 911 by means of a local telephone device or wireless communications device.

  • Communications services means any service provided for the purpose of transmission of information including, but not limited to, voice, video, or data, without regard to the transmission protocol employed, whether or not the transmission medium is owned by the provider itself and whether or not the transmission medium is wireline.   • Private communications service means a telecommunications service that entitles the customer to exclusive or priority use of a communications channel or group of channels between or among termination points, regardless of the manner in which that channel or group of channels are connected, and includes switching capacity, extension lines, stations, and any other associated services that are provided in connection with the use of that channel or group of channels.

  • Communications channel means a physical or virtual path of communications over which signals are transmitted between or among customer channel termination points.
